I don't commonly write negative reviews simply i was extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I placed two orders during ane of their sales and 3 of the items i received were wrong. I let the customer service know and was told they would look into it and get back to me within two business days or when they had an answer. I didn't go any answers and this design of me asking if there were whatever updates and existence told they would go back to me in a few days continued.
On a positive note the Customer Service team was e'er friendly and i would ordinarily go a response dorsum very quickly unfortunately i just kept existence told to wait. I eventually had to beginning a formal complaint with Off-white Trading and only before they got involved i was informed that the items i ordered were no longer in stock and that i would receive a refund.
Later numerous emails and a lot of stress i finally got my refund almost ii months later!

I have been a regular customer at the Bath and Trunk Works shop in Aberdeen Mall , Kamloops since August 2021. The shop manager Kim the assistant manager Marcus and every single staff member they have in that shop have not only been incredibly helpful every time I go in that location which is a lot , they are always friendly , knowledgeable , incredibly accommodating and always make yous well welcome. If y'all are on the hunt for for whatever sort of gift that's candles , room sprays , fragrance..ETC for yourself or anyone else , I highly recommend talking to the staff at Aberdeen Mall in Kamloops.
Online ordering is a mess
Online ordering is a mess. Items are sold online that are not even in stock. Items are delivered after the promised delivery time. Undelivered items are non refunded. They should be credited back to your card as before long every bit they know there is a problem. Instead it is upward to the client to chase them upwardly. 6 weeks subsequently after promising me a refund, I still accept no refund. They must exist making a fortune off keeping other peoples money.

This company totally scammed me
This company totally scammed me. I ordered 32 bottles of soap in their sale at $iii.fifty at the get-go of March. I received an email on Tuesday(almost two weeks later) to tell me my delivery was returned to the depot and not delivered.
I contacted the customer service live chat who said if I bought the aforementioned items in shop she would consequence a souvenir card for the deviation in price. She "got cutting off" then I phoned customer service and 45 minutes later the lady said I would receive a refund for the full amount I had paid ($128.66). I but received an email saying my refund would be $105.94.
By placing an order with Bathroom and Body Works it toll me $22.72.
This is a total scam. Practice not order from this visitor.

Their pumice body scrub is nothing more than a glorified bathroom gel, thick soap. Don't waste your money. I tried the sample and it had more "grit" in it than the ane I bought. I have had the mineral trunk polish, hydraulic acid, now that was a scrub. I could non find information technology in the store in my last visit. I am about ready to be done with Bathroom and Body works.

Update - weeks on I have continued to contact this company near my missing orders and they take failed to respond, but now just updated the condition on the orders that had non shipped yet to delivered today. THESE ITEMS WERE NOT Fifty-fifty MARKED AS SHIPPED ON MY ACCOUNT AND SINCE I THREATENED TO CONTACT THE ACC THEY Have UPDATED THE STATUS TO DELIEVERED SO I Cant Bear witness THEY NEVER SHIPPED THEM.

I been shopping at BBW for almost ten years at present. I decided to shop at the Arlington Highlands store since the area is nice and I just enjoy the scenery. I've visited the shop lots of times and I'k ever indecisive and this young cute young lady name Cabrini ask me if I needed assistance at present remind you others had seen me and never ask to help me they simply stood there looking at their phone texting & seemed similar they didn't want to do the chore they're paid to exercise! Very unprofessional which had me a chip irritated. Cabrini was so pleasant & reassured me that I'd find exactly what I needed she was and then knowledgeable and knew her stuff she explained in detail of each product in/out. When I tell you Cabrini was thorough I mean she didn't skip a beat. Her voice was pleasant and she kept a grinning on her face up the whole time. Now that was great customer service and I mentioned to her how awesome she is & as a client we await for that. We know their jobs can exist tough and challenging from twenty-four hours to day. Cabrini mentioned she loves what she do and to help her customer's and her name represents BBW That says a lot about her character, dedication & loyalty she has for BBW. You cannot inquire for nothing & I want to say Thanks CABRINI for all that you do and your hard piece of work is not going unnoticed to your customers. Nosotros encounter you and wish their were more than like you in the manufacture. Y'all are defended to BBW and they need to recognize what they have in YOU instead of overlooking you for the ones that's only there to collect a paycheck. You're passionate, kind, courteous & knowledgeable of all the products In there and hard working. I've never had the issues with this company equally I had this year. Missing products, late deliveries, and cancelled items on the date of delivery. But, today was the final i.
I had placed an social club in early on December, and it was delivered in mid Dec. Today I received an email from BBW and it was the duplicate society I'd already received. I didn't think much of it. Checked my banking company acct, and I received a random charge from BBW in the exact same amount from the order I had placed a month agone, and the email I had received today.
Equally it hasn't gone through yet, I can't dispute information technology from my bank, simply I also tin can't access the funds, and their rep pretty much said it could take up to thirty days for the error to exist resolved. So I'm pretty much out $100+ dollars because they literally stole it from me. Will never utilise this company again. Awful.

Same complaint as everyone else. They list the products as being available, simply when you lot bank check out its non available. And then I telephone call to complain and they at present have the item I recollect Better Business Agency should be contacted, as this is definitely Faux ADVERTISING!!! You wasted my precious time letting me go through and place the order and when checking out its not available. I ordered from Bath & Body Works in Nov, at the time they had this great deal on for body mists, then I idea I would order some for christmas presents. They stated on their website that their trusted courier service is Commonwealth of australia POST. My society came upward to about $120, and I still paid shipping fees. I and so plant out once my guild was shipped, they used COURIERPLEASE. It is now Jan, and I have received an email from Courier Please stating they take lost my parcel - which basically means someone has stolen it, as it was in Perth in NOVEMBER. I and so went to go email Bath & Body Works to enquire almost a refund, to find they have had their email provider, block my email accost. This company is a disgrace, I suggest you do not gild from them, every bit they are more than happy to take people'south money.
